Hypori deployment options are designed to meet your needs. Our solutions are managed by Hypori—-or by our specialized partners—-to ensure your environments are always updated, secure, and monitored. This managed service model covers all aspects of environment maintenance, including system upgrades, patching, and continuous performance monitoring, allowing you to focus on your core business activities without the operational overhead.

  • Hypori Cloud: Hypori Cloud delivers a seamless, managed software-as-a-service (SaaS) experience. We take care of all operations, upgrades, and hosting responsibilities, ensuring that your data is securely managed within our cloud infrastructure. Our choice of cloud hosting provider is carefully selected to optimize performance and security.
  • Hypori Named Cloud: Building on the robust framework of Hypori Cloud, the Hypori Named Cloud allows you to select your preferred public cloud provider and region for hosting. This tailored solution ensures your Hypori instance and data reside within your chosen infrastructure from our supported cloud providers, giving you greater control and customization.
  • Hypori Private: Designed for organizations with specific virtual private cloud (VPC) requirements, Hypori Private situates your Hypori access and data within your own cloud environment. While we manage the software and environment, it runs under your account, offering a personalized configuration and security setup. This bespoke solution involves a collaborative approach to determine the extent of access and operational control between your team and Hypori or our authorized partners.

Software Management

For SaaS offerings, Hypori performs all software installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching for customer environments. This includes Hypori Cloud, Hypori Named Cloud, and Hypori Private. Code deployments are made using DevOps-style deployment automation. Hypori releases are made approximately quarterly, with patches released monthly.

  • Perform capacity planning and resource optimization to support required workloads
  • Provision compute, storage, networking, and other cloud services
  • Provision and manage virtual workspaces on Hypori cloud environments
  • Protect and secure environments holding customer data (proactive security threat analysis, penetration testing, security monitoring, malware protection, OS and infrastructure patching, compliance with industry standards, encryption / secret management)
  • Install Hypori software, apply patches, and upgrade to new releases
  • Monitor environment health, take action when anomalies/problems are identified, and respond to alerts to meet agreed uptime SLA
  • Incident escalation path, management, and communication
  • Perform required tasks for disaster recovery (backup/restore) to meet agreed to RPO (Recovery Point Objective) and RTO (Recovery Time Objective)
  • Conduct periodic operational and support reviews with customers (premium support)
